Hotel FIS stands right at the Chopok-Luková ski lift — you can walk to the boarding station in your ski boots. The free hotel ski bus runs to other strategic boarding points in the Jasná-Chopok resort during high season.

Is wellness included in the price?

Yes. Access to the hotel wellness centre — pool, whirlpool, Finnish and steam sauna, relaxation zone — is included in the room rate for all guests.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Earlier arrival and later departure available on request subject to availability.

2.1 Reservations and communication

Reservations are handled via the external booking system booking.fisjasna.sk (Ellipse Cloud). We may process: name, email, phone, stay dates, guest count, and data required for invoicing and the guest registry.

Purpose: Handling your reservation, providing accommodation services, and related communication.

Legal basis: Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Retention: For the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter as required by law (e.g., 10 years for accounting records).

2.2 Analytics and advertising data

Based on your consent via the cookie banner, we may process behavioural data (pages visited, time on site, referrer) through third-party analytics and advertising tools.

Legal basis: Your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR given via the consent manager.
